Our main equipment of fork producing
line includes one 3-tons electrical hydraulic hammer, two 1-ton steam-air
hammer, one 750kg air hammer, two operating machine with 2.0 ton and 0.6
ton capacity respectively, one charging and discharging machine, one 3-dimension
800 ton module-forging hydraulic machine, one 3000kw medium frequency
induction furnace, two resistance furnace with capacity of 320kw and 480kw
respectively, one sandblasting treating room, one spraying paint room
and other relevant equipment for mechanical manufacturing and welding
total amount to 45 sets. The processing is as follows:
